I work with leaders to help realise their professional potential by understanding the dynamics between who they are, their role and their organisational context.

I am a retired PwC consulting partner with a masters in systems psychodynamic consulting and leadership from the Tavistock and am enrolled on the Tavistock programme accredited at Senior Practitioner level in Executive Coaching.
As an Executive Coach in training, I bring over 25 years of international leadership and consulting experience to my role as a coach, having worked in start-ups, scale-ups, PLCs and partnerships and advised clients in a range of industries and organisational change settings.
I live in London, am married with two children, and am an all-year-round open water swimmer.
Systems psychodynamic approach
The systems psychodynamic approach to Executive Coaching takes how we feel seriously as useful data about what is going on at work, why it is happening, and what we can do about it to bring about change.

This means I seek to help you to think about the relationship between your personal experience, your work role and your organisation to more readily achieve your professional goals, in a strictly confidential process.
