Chemistry
A chance to explore what you want to achieve in a coaching relationship and whether I am the right kind of person for you. This is typically 30-45 minutes face-to-face or online.
Fee structure: Free of charge.
Coaching
Coaching contracts are typically based on six 90-minute sessions every 3-4 weeks and can be online or in person depending on the context. They are focused on agreed objectives with an opportunity to review progress at the mid-way point.
Fee structure: Varies according to whether you are self-funded or an organisational client.
